Our items are returnable.  We require that returned items and item packaging remain in their original factory condition (altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return).

Eligible Products:

• In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product). Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
• Permission to return goods must be received within 20 days of invoice date and Item(s) must be post marked within 25 days of your invoice date.

Ineligible Products:

• Worn or containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product, Damaged Packaging or Product, Discontinued, Closeout, Last Call items.
• Ineligible products received by seeksexyhair.com will be returned to you at your cost.

• First, the item must be in brand new condition including the wig box and/or other packaging.
• Second, the Wig Tags are factory attached. Leave them in place while you try on your new item.
• Third, fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume or smoke.  Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.
• Fourth, don’t alter the bangs, add spray, add gel or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
• Fifth, include your packing slip which includes all the information we will need to process your return.

Very Important: A $20 ($10 minimum) restocking fee per item will be charged to cover inspection and ensure items are in perfect condition. Human Hair restocking fees are $33.

We want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please make sure items are in in factory condition otherwise we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling as needed.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items cancelled after an item has been ordered. This usually occurs after the manufacturer has pulled the item from their warehouse and boxed it up for shipping. If we can stop the order before that no fees will apply.

 

Sleek Sexy Hair reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these policies. Please check this page periodically for changes.

 Shipping 

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Please note: Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the package be tracked.  All deliveries must be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered more efficiently.

We offer 5 shipping options, plus FREE Shipping for US Orders over $50 (except during major sale events)

• US Ground* shipping takes 7–9 business days: $7.95
• US Air shipping takes 4–6 business days: $14.95
• US Express shipping takes 2–3 business days: 39.95
• Canada Air shipping takes 5–14 business days: $29.95**
• International shipping takes 8–14 business days: $54.95**

*All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only. Note: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska do not qualify for ground shipping. US Air Shipping is the required option.

**We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries. Any refused International (including Canada) packages will only be refunded 50% of the total order amount. 

For shipments returned to us due to bad address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $50 fee automatically charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind. This applies to US orders only. 

Sleeksexyhair.com is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida. If you are shipping to this state, the appropriate charges will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
